Hi. I just wanted to share some experience. Situation: P8lite Battery fully charged. After flashing a very experimental ROM in TWRP, reboot, the phone got stuck on bootlogo. After power down, it did not power up. No LED, no backlight, nothing
so i had a p8 lite wich i tried rooting and it got stuck in a bootloop. this worked for me WARNING: this does delete everything you have (actually that is already gone) (read all the way before doing anything) first i set up adb & fastboot on my pc

I've really f*cked up the Huawei P8 Lite of a friend, when trying to root it with CWM and Supersu package. He once tried it himself, but that ended up with a new paperweight and he got a new one from the seller. The old one could boot to TWRP, but ended up with a bootloop when trying to install supersu. The new one can't even get into TWRP or CWM!

i let the phone stuck in the loop and do "adb reboot-bootloader" it fails of course but i kept redoing it by pressing up key then enter in the windows command shelle i did it like a maniac until it magically managed to succeed int bootloader moder from there i flashed TWRP then an unroot zip and tada saved my phone.
